AI Invoice Extraction
Automatic recognition and extraction of data from PDF invoices using Google Gemini artificial intelligence. The system recognizes invoice number, supplier, buyer, amounts, dates, and bank details.

Automatic extraction after upload
After uploading a PDF document to an incoming invoice, AI processing is automatically triggered. The system uses the Google Gemini 2.5 Flash model for data extraction. Processing runs asynchronously — the invoice is queued (Gemini Batch Job) and after processing, data is automatically populated into the invoice form.
Extraction statuses
The invoice extraction state has values: 'None' (extraction was not triggered), 'Extracted' (data was successfully recognized), or 'Extraction Failed' (AI could not recognize data). Upon extraction failure, you receive an email notification and the data must be entered manually. The failure is highlighted in the invoice list in orange with an exclamation icon.
