Terms and Conditions (VOP)
1. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the rights and obligations between Alfaveo.cz s.r.o., ID: 10701249, with registered office at Přikop 795/19, Brno, 602 00 (hereinafter "Provider") and users of the FaktApp application (hereinafter "User").
The FaktApp application is a software solution for document management, data extraction, and approval processes, built on the Jetveo technology platform.
2. Provision of Service
The Provider provides the User with access to the FaktApp application as Software as a Service (SaaS). The service is intended exclusively for business purposes. The Provider does not provide services to consumers.
Given that FaktApp runs on the Jetveo platform, the availability and operation of the application depend on the Jetveo platform infrastructure. The Provider is not responsible for outages caused by third parties or maintenance of the Jetveo platform.
3. Responsibility for Content and Data
The User bears full responsibility for all data (invoices, receipts, metadata) entered into the FaktApp application. The User declares that they have legal title to all entered data and authorization to process it within the application.
The Provider is not responsible for the accuracy of data extracted using AI tools. The User is obliged to check all automatically loaded data before its final accounting or submission.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Provider nor its suppliers (including the Jetveo platform) shall be liable for lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect damages arising in connection with the use of the application.
The Provider's total liability for damage is limited to the amount corresponding to the price of the Service paid by the User for the last billing period.
5. Final Provisions
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes will be resolved by the materially and locally competent courts in Brno. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change these T&C.
