We process personal data necessary for providing the FaktApp service, specifically:

  • Registration and contact details (name, email, phone number, business ID).
  • Data contained in uploaded documents (invoices, receipts).
  • Technical access data (IP address, cookies).

3. Processors and Sub-processors

We use the following specialized platforms and tools for data processing:

  • Jetveo: The application and cloud platform on which FaktApp runs. Jetveo provides the technical infrastructure and data storage.
  • Google Gemini: Advanced AI models from Google used exclusively for automatic data extraction from uploaded invoices and documents.

4. Data Security

All data is stored in secure data centers within the European Union. Data transmission is always encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object.
